Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Footwear must be returned in the original shoebox and should be free of any signs of wear.

To initiate a return, please log in to your Decentzon account and navigate to the "Order History" section. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions to request a return.

3. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

4. Refund Processing:

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items and process the refund within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.
